Spreadable Garlic and Herb Cheese

With a short list of Vanns Spices on hand in your pantry, you can whip up a batch of this cheese in no time at all - the hardest part is letting it rest in the fridge overnight to let the flavors develop. Your party guests no longer have to feel as if they're rationing the tiny cylinder this cheese usually comes in - this recipe makes a generous 1 ½ cups, enough to serve at a cocktail party tonight and folded into French omelettes for breakfast tomorrow morning!

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and process until evenly combined.
  2. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate overnight to develop flavors. Allow to warm slightly at room temperature before serving for optimal spreadability.

Makes about 1 ½ cups.
